Time to dust off two fun and beautiful holiday videos - our annual favorites. Amazing, delightful, uplifting, fun. : ) Stille Nacht, the second video, is reminiscent of warm candles glowing, delicious food, hot toddy with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and allspice, convivial spirit of giving and sharing, distant families coming together bearing gifts, hugs, love. We're taken back to a time in our childhoods where there was in indefinable sweetness in those holiday moments. In particular, we're reminded of a special holiday school presentation. The music was traditional carols, the children's voices angelic... colored lights, warm wood of the auditorium aglow with candlelight, glittering tinsel, scent of fresh pine. It was magical. That is what the holidays can bring. We hope yours will be filled with peace and joy! It did for us... Let's take a'cup of kindness yet, for days of Auld Lang Syne... To the left, two renditions of the beautiful Scottish song by the incomparable Julie Andrews and the great Steve McDonald. Happy New Year! ![]() ![]() |
