Is there anything quite as natural and everyday as a sandwich, perhaps some chips or pickles, a softdrink or soda and cookies?
Classic American Lunch - Natural Style
Ingredients 2 slices Whole Grain Bread, lightly toasted Natural Organic Mayonnaise with dash of mustard 4 fingered pinch of Fresh Organic Alfalfa, Clover, Broccoli Sprouts Thick Fresh Tomato Slices Thinly sliced Fresh Cucumber Swiss or Cheddar Cheese Chicken or Natural Tofurkey Slices or Organic Free Range Ham Kosher or Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste Red Onion Slices
Instructions: Toast Bread Preheat broiler
Spread Mayonnaise and Mustard on Bottom Slice of Bread. Top with Red Onion, Meat, Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Sprouts
Spread Mayonnaise lightly and evenly over second slice of bread. Top with cheese and lightly broil till melty.
Place on top of bottom ingredients into a sandwich, slice in halves or quarters.
Serve with natural organic home made potato chips, home made soda (see below), dill pickle for digestion, and 2 of your favorite small cookies for dessert.
Simple and Delicious Home Made Soda
Ingredients: Natural Fruit Juice not from concentrate: Apple, Orange, Grape, Lemonade
Natural Sparkling Mineral, Carbonated, plain soda or Fizzy Water
Instructions: Pour half or 1/3 cup of fruit juice in glass. Add mineral water to the top. Serve.
Absolutely delicious, extremely simple, much healthier than soda, economical!
Home Made Perfect Potato Chips
Ingredients 2 Organic Russet Potatoes Natural Organic Peanut Oil or Corn Seed Oil
Instructions: Wash Russet Potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. Carefully slice very thinly.
Heat pot of boiling water with 1 tablespoon oil and dash of salt. With wire basket, gently lower potato slices into the boiling water and blanch for 1 minute after coming back to a simmer. Remove immediately and let drain. When slices are luke warm, refrigerate until cold.

Heat at least 3 inches oil in deep fry pot to 375 degrees fahrenheit. (Drop of water should sizzle and pop on surface of oil)
Lower separated potato slices into the hot oil and fry until crispy golden brown. Drain thoroughly. Package in individual servings or chip tin container.
These chips should be crispy, light, absolutely delicious. Perfect with sandwiches.
Eat sparingly - you'll be templated to eat them all in one sitting : )
